THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("USER", "YOU", "YOUR") AND KATFORGE STUDIOS LLC ("KATFORGE", "SERVICE PROVIDER", "WE", "US", "OUR") (INDIVIDUALLY A "PARTY", COLLECTIVELY, THE "PARTIES"). BY ACCESSING OR USING KATFORGE.COM, LEXTRIS, GEAR GOBLINS, OR ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

KATforge Studios provides video games and related services, including but not limited to:

Mobile and web-based games
Online leaderboards and competitions
User accounts and profile management
Customer support services
Newsletter and communication services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by KATforge Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

7. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

Our games may offer virtual items or currency for purchase. Such virtual items:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
Are non-transferable and non-refundable
May be modified or removed at our discretion
Are licensed, not sold, to you

9. Disclaimers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
